Black Bear Hunting

Critter Getter Outfitters offers black bear hunts over active bait sites from various types of stand locations to adapt to all hunter styles. Sites are checked and refilled daily. Baits are guaranteed to be active to give you the maximum opportunity to harvest a bear. We have numerous bait sites spread over hundreds of acres, all accessible directly from our camp. The average bear weight is about 225 pounds, but 300, 400, and even bears going over 500 pounds have been taken in this area. Our largest bear has been 526 pounds dressed. Your Critter Getter Outfitters stay will be a great bear hunting experience.

Included in your adventure:
Five days of hunting and lodging, all stands, bait, trophy care and transportation to and from the hunting area.

What to bring:
Weapon of choice, camo hat, gloves and facemask, camo clothing (quiet), camo rain gear (quiet) and your valid Wisconsin bear hunting license / kill permit.

Rates:
Fee is $950 per hunter for a five day hunt and lodging, $1,200 per hunter for a five day hunt with lodging and meals. We guarantee that our guides will be there to assist you throughout your adventure. Your satisfaction is our goal.

A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required at the time you book your adventure. If you cancel your hunt, you may be able to apply your deposit to a later hunt depending upon availability. The balance is due 30 days prior to the start of your scheduled hunt.
